Wish I'd read it 7 years ago when I originally bought it!!!

I met Rori back in 2005 in a women's networking group - loved her immediatly, bought her book (which at the time was called "Turn the Relationship You Have into the Relationship You Want"), had her autograph it, and then....promptly didn't read it. And then I went through a divorce 2 years later. Fast forward to now - 5 years divorced, still single, moving into a new place, getting my life settled and stable, and wondering if I'll ever be able to meet a good man, who is truly compatible with me, and if I'll be able to not screw up the relationship this time around! I was putting my books away, and pulled Rori's book out of a box, saying to myself "I'd better pitch this one, wouldn't want a future beau seeing THAT on my shelf!" But then I thought I'd better read some of it before I got rid of it, since I really liked Rori and maybe there was something valuable in it for me. I started flipping through it, and the light bulbs started going off!!!!! The final piece of the puzzle. I learned a lot from Steve Harvey's book "Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man," but that book seemed to be mostly helpful for the early stages of a relationship. Rori's book takes it the rest of the way and speaks to the relationship as a whole. The primary concept is, who is playing the masculine role, and who is playing the feminine role? You can't do both! At least not at the same time, or not when your partner is trying to play the same one. And what are those roles? Who does what? I won't give all the secrets of the book away, but I'm officially starting a campaign to get this book back in print!!!!! Women, you need to read this book!!!!! You/we are all trying/working way too hard!!!!! I've become so relaxed since I read this book. No longer on the defensive, or bracing to put in a bunch of effort, or planning all the things I need to tell a man to do or not to do. It's SO MUCH SIMPLER. Rori, I hope you read this and feel my gratitude and affection that I'm sending you every day!!!!! Please get this book back in print, because I only have one copy to circulate amongst all my women friends, and that will probably not suffice for long! A must-read, women!!! Thank you, Rori!!!!

Excellent Relationship Advice that isn't about Gameplaying

I read the e-book version I love the fact that she is all about embracing feminine energy, vulnerability and authenticity. Her book explains how women can communicate effectively with their men and improve their own self esteem. I also like the visualizations presented to guide the reader through understanding the concepts. Most of all I appreciate that Rori's work is all about being real and finding love, not playing games or manipulating a man. It's not about the outcome but just always expressing who you are. I felt glad to come across her work because it showed me I can be in a wonderful relationship without playing games. Most other advice is too strategy based and I felt put off by feeling as though I had to play some sort of game to get a man to fall in love. I love all of Rori's work, including the book! I think every woman should read it.
